Friday, August 16th is our first benchmark test of the year. This test is for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to help prepare them for the PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, and the SATs. The test also gives teachers data they can use to better help students through work in their classes. This is the first of three benchmark tests that students will take this school year. 
Attendance
Benchmark tests are for Eagle Ridge Academy instructional purposes and are mandatory for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. There is not an option to opt out of benchmark testing. Attendance will be taken on benchmark testing days. Students who are not in attendance will have to make up the test upon returning to school. Seniors will have an asynchronous assignment on benchmark days and will need to utilize the Google attendance form sent to their email on the morning of August 16th in order to be counted as present for the day. The form will also be located under the “Student” tab on our website.
