About:
Mrs. Melissa Gustus is a Colorado native who serves as the Human Resource Manager for Eagle Ridge Academy, as well as two sister charter schools (Bromley East Charter School and Belle Creek Charter School). Melissa started with the charter schools in February of 2008. She has lived in the Brighton community for most her life, graduating from Brighton High School. Prior to working in education, Melissa started her HR career in hospitality working for a large organization specializing in hosting large conventions. Hospitality is where Melissa found her love for HR. This was further expanding when she was given the opportunity to work in education in this HR position. She enjoys working side-by-side with those are shaping the minds of our future and is very passionate about serving others and helping them pursue their passion!
