Biography

Mandy Justo is a bilingual professional with more than six years of experience in administration, family support, and legal services. Her career has included working with families at Bromley East Charter School as well as serving as a Litigation and Immigration Paralegal. Although she enjoyed her time in the legal field, Mandy has always felt a strong connection to education and the opportunity to serve students and families.

After spending the past two years at home with her two daughters, Mandy is excited to be back in the school community and serving families in Brighton. She believes that the front office is often the first point of connection for a family and is passionate about creating an environment where every student, parent, and visitor feels welcomed, heard, and valued. As a bilingual team member, she especially enjoys being able to connect with and support families in both English and Spanish.

Outside of Eagle Ridge Academy, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, exploring Colorado, and serving in her local church. She is an avid reader and believes in challenging herself to try something new each year and step outside of her comfort zone.

As a parent herself, Mandy understands the trust families place in their children's school. She is grateful to be part of the Eagle Ridge Academy community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff while helping make Eagle Ridge a welcoming place for everyone.
