Biography
​Daniel Dumpert is a seasoned technology educator and IT professional with eight years of experience specializing in coding, web design, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He holds an Associate Degree in Microsoft Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity.
Daniel’s instruction is backed by a robust foundation of three professional IT certifications, ensuring his classroom remains aligned with rapidly evolving industry standards. His teaching philosophy focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical computer science and real-world application, ranging from fundamental coding principles to designing responsive websites. Later this school year, he will be launching his own dedicated classroom website to serve as a digital hub for student resources, projects, and interactive learning. He strives to equip his students with the technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and security-minded habits required to thrive in modern technology careers.
Outside the classroom, Daniel stays active by riding bikes and is an avid bowler who enjoys a good challenge on the lanes. He also loves diving into video games and catching the latest releases at the movies.
