Amy Irving

Counselor

Biography

Hi! I’m Amy Irving, and I have been a school counselor at Eagle Ridge Academy since 2015. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and School Counseling from the University of Denver and my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boise State University.

I truly love the work I get to do with students and families. My goal is to help every student feel supported, connected, and confident as they navigate high school and prepare for life beyond graduation.

I live in Arvada with my husband, Sam, and our daughter, Eleanor. We also have a little pug named Alfredo!  Outside of school, I enjoy biking, reading, fishing, paddleboarding, watching scary movies, and traveling with my family.

I feel fortunate to do the work that I love and be a part of this school community.
